Who is the Loh group's BC lawyer?

Who is the Loh group's BC lawyer?I want to know if they want to vote my shares. If they do, I will sign my proxy over to them. Also, I assume Ben is going to make an impassioned plea to us shareholders to buy more shares in the company to forstall any "financial matters" concerning the company which may come up. Like the Loh's demand of payment. No thank you. He has to give up control first. See you guys in October. Also, what is the bar like at the Four Seasons?
