Waxon, Ben owns the Shearator company

Waxon, Ben owns the Shearator companyI bought IBR before its IPO. Part of the deal was that for every IBR share purchased pre-IPO, you would receive 1/2 shares of stock in International Sherator. Thus, if you bought 10,000 shares of IBR, you would receive 5,000 shares of stock in International Sherator. I have asked the company several times over the past several years and they refuse to send the stock. If you would like proof, I can fax, mail you copies from Odlum-Brown as proof. Odlum-Brown was bought out by Cannacord. I even asked your good friend Mr. Henry Bow to look into the matter and I still have not received this stock. Now I hope you are beginning to see who, what these guys really are. No plants, no revenue, just PRIVATE PLACEMENTS and now they are issuing news releases on Shearator sales to China for a privately held company (meaning Ben and his family) which does nothing to boost IBR's balance sheet. I think I'll ask the CDNX to look into the Shearator stock matter. If they are announcing sales, then they must have revenue. Also, if IBR needs sharators to run their operation, then they also have to buy them from Shearator (Ben).
