Prez, a question.The Shearator is a seperate company. As I stated before, it is a totally seperate company from IBR and as such the revenue would go to them and not IBR. And as such, any commission for Shearator sales would go to Ben and not IBR. I'll fax you the paperwork as proof if you would like. I agree with your figures and complement you on a nice piece of work. Now for the question. How are they going to continue to keep generating licensing fees when if anybody new wants to buy a licensing agreement, won't IBR have to show where plants are built and operating (at a profit) someplace, to show that the technology is viable and will generate enough cash to pay back their investors? All this company does is sell licensing agreements. I also agree with you about the plant food. But they need to make more than $12,000/month in order to make it commercially viable. I can furnish you with USDA data to show the amount needed in the US. Let me know. IBR will continue to limp along doing licensing agreements until they run out of rope. They'll try and do enough private placements to keep the game going as long as they can - without giving up control of the company so somebody else can look at the books. My suggestion to get new management in this POS is to dump all the stock everybody has and let them try and do a private placement for a nickel and then see if they can still control the company. I think the lowest limit that a priave placement can be done at is 10 cents and they would have to issue a ton of share to get any significant money in at that level. Now for Flexy. I'm not leaving. I'm not blackmailing anybody. That is against the law. I want my Shearator stock and Ben won't give it to me. And then I want them gone.
