Hey Flexy!!! Another PRIVATE PLACEMENT!!!I bet this came as a very big surprise!!!! I just checked. This thing hasn't done squat in eight years. Guess Ben and crew didn't really need the Iranian money after all. They just decided to issue more shares instead!!! What a quaint idea. I guess you can't wait until the AGM can you?
