Should I wait or should I go?

I have been brought up to speed on this stock from a friend and long time stock holder. Prospects look good although I may be inclined to wait for an announcement on the NJ plant before I get involved. Would like to hear more opinions from IBR followers.

Wait for NJ, AND a management change. Current management will blow this as well.
