IBR

I put this on the Converted Organics forum. Converted Organics, has licensed the technology from IBR, in Vancouver, Canada. Why is IBR only 21cents Canadian? Am I missing something, if COINU is over $5 US?

It is unbelievable isn't it Harry? IBR has 35 million shares outstanding at .21/ share. Market capitalization of only $7.3 million! The value of IBR's Vancouver plant must be worth more than that if you were to replace it. And the NJ plant. Well, it's going to cost those boys a US$10 million IPO PLUS US$17.5 million from the NJEDA bond deal. Call it US$25 million or about CDN$29 ...more

rumour has it that they are not telling anyone so that they can take this company private. all the patents go back to the founders and they make off like bandits.

You readmy mind. I couldn't help but wonder why manmagement would allow the stock price to remain so low given the recent developments. If a handfull of people hold 70% of the shares then this would make perfect sense. "The Boys" had no problems exercising their strength a few years back when they ousted the CEO and put Elmer in. They took over. I was at the AGM.
