Situation in Bolivia

Since I have so much time on my hands I was looking a bit more into the political situation in Bolivia. The interim government appears to have handled the situation poorly during the pandemic. This is four months after the coup last november and the interim government is rumoured to be suppressing members of the MAS party during the state of emergency, not sure how this plays out for ICAU but it doesn't look that great from where I sit.
There are always different points of view and twisting of facts when it comes to politics.
Open to info and opinions, here is the article I was looking at.
