Eldorado may look to divest them selves of Integra ? This said it all at @ 940 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YKJmtVXFRM
"I am building a company",,,, Stephens presentation said it all at the Metals Investor Forum: (May 2016) Stephen de Jong stated, “Speculation in our industry “asked”,, “are your plans to just get sold” ????
Stephen stated , “”we don’t make planes like that we are building a company”” “”in doing so we think we are going to make our selves one of the most attractive companies in Canada !
This may be one of the reasons Eldorado decided not to put in any more money in order to maintain their 15% ?
Eldorado was only interested in taking out Integra based on the Triangle Zone and mill but with the new take over rules taking affect Integra was able to tell Eldorado, they were not interested in being taken out,,,
“”we were not making planes like that we are building a company”” “”in doing so we think we are going to make our selves one of the most attractive companies in Canada””
This is why Eldorado may be looking to divest then selves of their Integra shares. There must have bean a misunderstanding in that Eldorado planes was to take out Integra for .80 and Integra stating they plan on building a company . As long as Integra can keep their share price / market cap up and obtain easy funding they can stay out of harms way,, just like AEM did when were starting out !
Eldorado would have no problem selling their shares at a good quick profit !
