RE:RE:RE:Subsidiary/aqasition should be AZXPrior posts here have suggested ICG should be looking to acquire Eastmain. That would be pretty expensive for ICG with significant dilution. AZX is an an option that could be dirt cheap and with the potential to both expand the potential world class project ICG is developing and provide "optionality" on a large number of projects in a rising PM price environment. It could be done with minimal dilution and little or no impact on current development plans. I believe we are at the start of a historic bull market in PMs. If that is correct, the extensive holdings of AZX , would provide ICG with explosive options when they start production and have positive cash flow to advance other projects they control. Yes, I would see some immediate gains from my AZX holdings, but, the big payoff would be from Integra, as a profitable producer, being able to advance the portfolio of projects they acquire from AZX.
