I hate to beat a dead horse here but I have to respectively disagree.
When you state,

I disagree with.
The markets are placing values on Integra based on a lot information and assumptions. Straight math does not work here,, if Integra had 250,000 shares out now the share price would tade 10% higher @ $1.84 and respond to good news much better ! IMO
Share count does have a impact on share price and is a factor in share appellation for a junior like Integra ! IMHO
