Give-Away Rep

Give-Away Rep I sent a very nasty email to IR last week basically accusing them of being liars and thiefs.  I got this email back from Brian Scott - who works for a company hired by Intgra to manage the give-away.

"Thank you for your email. In regards to your inquiry, please see attached the Arrangement Agreement, filed on SEDAR.

In order to update our records, may we please ask if you would provide your address, and the number of shares you hold in Intergra?"

I could be reading this wrong but it looks like Integra wants to contact people before they vote and maybe feel them out on what price/terms they would accept.  No reason to go to that expense if this give-away is a slam dunk.  Anybody else received anything from Brian Scott?
