BTW, one would assume you have a prediction when you invest cash ,would you not , so why shy away from suggesting a performance level with ICG on the share price, rather than tip toe around the question like most do who pump ICG and don't want to get caught making suggestions that it under performed I place a entry and exit value on all my investment with ICG if it dropped in the low teens and single digit I would invest providing the word roll back is not mentioned, if it jumps above 28 I will short it always.
