RE:SP Channel bound short term The next big pop in share price may come from, other than an bonanza intersect, an announcement of closure on the very near term need of pre-development financing, Integra is burning cash left & right, and with the company's aggressive development outline, will be in need for additional funds by summer's end.
Management's plate is full with:
Parallel & Triangle access ramps development.
Surface work in preparation for triangle underground exploration program, "Electric lines-roads-buildings portal excavation, etc.".
Underground exploration, and bulk sampling at both Parallel & Triangle
Skipping the PFS, and going right into the FS.
Conversion of exploration claims to mining leases at Triangle, "An FS is required to transfer leases, of which will be submitted upon completion of underground exploration, and bulk sampling.
25K meters minimum of additional drilling, being completed by fall, followed up with a 43-101.
Mill refurbishment
Ongoing Lamaque Deep compilation, phase 2 & 3.
Surrounding land consolidation, along with much more that I've either failed to list, or that management has yet to announce.
With all that's going on with Integra, the multi-million question is how much money does Integra need to fulfill their aggressive agenda, and where will it come from?
I would be totally shock if management does not already know the answers to those 2 questions, and find it extremely encouraging with the inside buying in the face of those expenses that lay ahead for Integra's future development.
For instance, if management is as aggressive as it seems in developing Lamaque Deep, then I would think a deep-pocket partner would be needed to help finance the project, To just reach & extract the ore at the lower extends of the main plug, the costs required for this project would reach over $100+M in itself over 3 years, with the potential to provide free cash flow of over $50 million per year for at least eighteen years.
Again, with the well-seasoned management team leading Integra, and their aggressive agenda that has been outlined, all this would not have been announced to Integra shareholders if financing had not already been addressed. Plus the recent inside buying in my mind helps confirm, at least for myself, that financing is there when the time is needed. This in my view will provide the next big boost in the share price of Integra, and could be a game-changer if a deep pocket partner is brought in. GLTA
