RE:CSE (Canadian Securities Exchange) or TSX Venture?

RE:CSE (Canadian Securities Exchange) or TSX Venture?Interesting question.
I think for my own interests, I likely wouldn't have CSE companies on my radar. I am a younger, fairly novice trader and I do the bulk of my trading in a TFSA account and will exclusively look at TSX and TSXV listed companies. Not that I don't think CSE has value or anything, but I look at the tried and true exchanges because there is loads of info out there to do DD with and it is simple enough to set up and trade with my broker in my TFSA. This falls into line with your concerns. Could I trade with CSE listed companys? Probably - but the fact I don't know for sure without looking into it, sums it up for me.

If there is one thing I have learned so far, it's that if they are a well managed company with potential, I think they'll find investors in time regardless of exchange. From where I stand, it'll be a lot faster and easier if they are tied to a more common exchange.

Hope that gives you some perspective to help with.
