El Dorado has the cash to buy Eastmain outright and enough letter of credit to buy out Integra as well. Might be a stock swap merger between Integra and Eastmain in future. El Dorado owns around 10 percent of Integra. Does anyone know if El Dorado is invested in Eastmain?
integra is largely owned by institutions one of which is El Dorado. Institutions are a finiky lot. You can only hope that no one gets their shorts knotted over anything and pulls out of Integra. If an institution sells, then the sp could drop dramatically.
