RE:Pricing of PP ?

This is not a typical PP. Raymond James has been a huge buyer of shares all the way up and want way more!! And this way can finance and make sure they are in the $$$ by moving ICG to the next stage. Not a public offering at all. I'm sure shares are gonna get scarce as they are held tighter. I've been buyin all the way up and havent flipped a single one.
