This price could be fine as an opening bid (just below $500M) for Lamaque South deposits only, but the entire company is worth a lot more than that. The mill and on-site infrastructure (tailings ponds, etc.) are cash cows for processing ores and for waste storage in the neighbourhood ...and the Lamaque-Sigma Deep and surrounding area have a potential of containing some 4M ozAu (worth another $500M) after spending say $50 - 100M of development work to produce the Technical Report for the resource estimate.
