GH is right, Integra will try to raise more money whenever they feel the time is right. Share dillution isn´t a problem, at least not something to worry a whole lot about. On the other hand having an abundance of cash on hand is something to brag about and there are two main reasons why this is so important:
1) It will provide safety as we do not know what the POG will be several months from now. We all expect it to rise but we are not sure. Creating wealth by attracting money via PP´s is therefore the smart thing to do.
2) It´s picking up but still in today´s environment a Junior mining company will stand out in a crowd if they are able to attract lots of money. So also from a PR point of view (getting the word out...) raising money is the smart thing to do!
Goldhunter mentioned your flaw and I would like to add that you may also try to become a bit more consistent whilst delivering opinions. One day you are hinting at a higher shareprice if only Integra would anounce a new drill program or when the POG increases. See your posts from a while back below:

Then yesterday you stated that `Integra is going to need to pump out a lot of exceptional NR in order to keep the value of 475 million shares moving up this summer as the resource update and PEA are good catalyst that won't come until later this year.`
We have gone up more than 100% WITHOUT the release of an updated PEA so what makes you think that we can not go higher with the same amount and quality releases in future???
You go on to state that Integra is a company with great `penitential`..... I assume `your` spell checker goofed up once more, eh?!
One last thing and it´s been mentioned before: Please do not copy/past almost every other article you read on Kitco. You may find this hard to believe but we are aware of the fact that a lot of gold related articles appear just there. So no more copy/paste please.... it clutters up this board.
In the past you´ve said you would refrain from posting until we reached the 80´s and that you would cut down on the number of posts as well. Well..... it seems you´re right back where you started from.....
