The buying frenzy was triggered by an eye-popping assay which cut 126.2 metres grading 3.95 grams gold per tonne from roughly 165 metres down hole.
Back in 2010 Kalahari drilled the Triangle Zone and come up with 25.14 g/t Gold (Au) over 2.03 m. The Triangle Zone turned out to be a good deposit but never hitting that bonanza hole, eye-popping assay where it made the stock jump that 30 - 40 %.
Now we have the Lamaque Deeps, if Integra hits anything of value this would be considered a new discovery ?
My understanding is, the “Lamaque Deep” is the most obvious untested gold target in proximity to the Sigma/Lamaque Mines,
The target area is defined by a box that’s roughly 1 km by 1 km starting at a depth of 1,000 m below surface, one of the most exciting drill targets in our exploration program today
Integra is drilling one pilot hole with a minimum of 15 wedged holes originating from the pilot hole at various intervals for a total 10,000m of drilling.
Integra’s compilations of mine workings from the lowest levels of mining at Lamaque conducted by Teck, showed excellent gold grades often in excess of 15 g/t and vein continuity over hundreds of meters;
Integra’s technical team, supported by external experts, has identified several instances in the database showing documented proof that gold mineralization, both low and high grade over wide zones in excess of 90m in thickness, exists in conjunction with the depth extensions of the Lamaque Mine itself.
Could the Lamaque Deeps have our eye-popping assay which cut 126.2 metres grading 3.95 grams gold per tonne ?
Is this where Sigma and Lamaque come together, the Sigma P Shear Zones dip to the south and meet up with the Lamaque Plug, do we have our own new discovery with 126.2 metres grading 3.95 grams gold per tonne ???????
