RE:Paradigm cross 500k @ .86 !OSK are actually raising $60mil. $30mil FT PP and $30mil in a bought deal for non FT. OSK already have in hand $90mil cash and $50mil in investments.
Could they be a cash rich partner for ICG? Cash generated from ICG in 18 months time could fund the building of a mine at Windfall Lake. Employees could move from one mine to another as required. Synergies and economies of scale if OSK and ICG merge in to one. I'd prefer this to a takeover.
