Not a bad deal

Not a bad dealAfter a little disappointment I've come to see this as a pretty good deal for both Integra and Eldorado. Last November I posted we would probably be taken out for about $1.25. I have to admit that all the talk about LD, the 'mother of all resource estimates' and the Goldrush Challenge targets started me hoping for a really big payoff. Hence my initial negative reaction to the deal.
Like Marine, I thought long and hard about the 'greed factor' and sold off a good chunk of my holdings. I still kept about 3/4 and intend to get as many Eldorado shares as I can. I still believe in the property and think ELD can realize its potential. There is no reason why, in time, ELD cannot be a $15 to $20 stock - particularly if the price of gold goes up some more.
Maybe they'll be another offer - and I'd be happy to see it - but I very much doubt it.
Like I said, I've come to see this as a pretty fair deal.
Thanks to all the positive comments/information from contributors to this board. I don't post much but read quite a bit.
Cheers,

Sandivic

ps. I do hope Glory got caught short!
