RE:RE:Andreas63Andreas63,
Just went to my front door to check the mail a few minutes ago, and found the package from my bank/brokerage (TD Waterhouse/TD Direct Investing). The most important information is the Voting Instruction form for this Special Meeting, including the 16-digit Control Number (for www.proxyvote.com). This number is also appear on the back of that sheet along with the number of shares. In your case it should be 600,000, as you have indicated in your previous post. You can also scan with your smart phone as well.
You can vote on line using the computer or by phone (In your post you mentioned the word "quote", but I believe you meant "vote"?)
- on line (using your computer or your smart phone) with www.proxyvote.com and follow the instructions. If you vote NO choose "against" (don't choose "for", and don't appoint de Jong, Salamis, or St-Germain, since they will vote YES/"for".
- by phone: 1-800-474-7493 you also need the Control Number for this as well. If you have a smart phone you can use the scan feature (but I don't know how to do this).
If you don't feel confortable doing the voting yourself, you could ask the broker with your bank to vote NO for you. You can just tell them that you don't like Eldorado offer to take over Integra, since the offer is not good (too low an offer) and you are voting AGAINST the take-over offer with all your (600,000) shares. Perhaps, this would be the simplest option for you. But, it your decision.
You will need to call your bank to clear this up, since they seem to be too slow to get the voting paper to you.
Deadline for the vote is 29 June 2017, but don't wait until the last day to do that. Do it as soon as you can, like tomorrow.
I now have the Control Number for my shares on the paper I just received today, which matched the number my broker gave me on Friday 16 June. Bank brokers are usually reliable, they must follow your instructions, if they don't they would risk losing their licence.
I will vote NO with all my shares tomorrow.
Good luck,
GH
