How does 1.21 per share be reduced to 86 and no class actionNot sure how the board members pulled this off by claiming 1.21 and getting 86 cents , seems a tad off.
I cant imagine one must feel like to vote yes on 1.21 per share and to learn that the actual amount is maybe below what they bought in
