Its lithium properties include Smith Creek Lithium Property and Grass Valley Property. In Smith Creek Lithium Property, it controls about 808 placer claims totaling 25.25 square miles over a major gravity low. The Grass Valley Property is a lithium exploration project consisting of approximately 997 placer claims.

RE: Must read Information Thanks merlin for this excellent info. I guess my assumption that this was a "blessed" arrangement by Icron was a bad one! Don't forget that Dunnison is involved as well, as he sits on the Neodym BOD, and is also a former employee of ICM (VP of business development I think). How does this guy figure he'll get away with this? As a co-founder of Icron, he may feel that a lot of the USB development was "his", but since he was working for and compensated by Icron at the time, in fact NONE of it is "his"... it is Icron's!!. In addition to this issue of non-disclosure and non-competition, there's also the tiny issue of patents... Neodym is applying for very similar, or even identical, patents as Icron a year later than Icron!! IMO this is an unfortunate turn of events, since the public perception is that lawsuits are damaging either way. But in the bigger picture, I'm confident that this is virtually a non-event.
