RE: @@@@@ NEWS@@@@@@@@

RE: @@@@@ NEWS@@@@@@@@I've done lots of work with factory automation and control, and IMO this is the most significant market yet, if not in terms of sales potential, then in terms of the fit with Icron's product. The factory is often not a great place for wireless (too much interference, or too many transmitters needed), and it's also difficult/expensive to adapt some factory environments to make them safe for PCs (e.g. due to dust, space, etc). I've seen this over and over (e.g. for viewing build plans and reporting production), and the environments can make it a really expensive problem. I've even seen lines stopped because of system down-time. HOWEVER, if the PC itself could be located in a secure/clean location... It's also been my experience that when it comes to factory control and automation, German engineering can't be beat... very reputable. Well done Icron!! Let's hope we see revenues soon... Cheers, Maggie
