NES has a market cap of 194mil and ICN 33.34 million you are comparing companies that are in different stages of development the assay your refrence at AP#37 vs. #3 for ICN, you will not find one company that has been " taken out " by a major with 3 or even 11 assays. comparing these two and refrencing drugs and apple pie offers lttle insight and demonstates a lack of maturity or worldly experience I think youd be best to cash in your 300 shares of icn buy a plane ticket and visit some developing countries. While your on the plane read GG quarterly report where they talk about Los Filos i can tell you they make no mention of a drug infestation causing them any problems but do infact report increased recovery rates there which added .02cents to last quarters earnings y-o-y.
