That was from February 22, 2013?.......also note, that on that day he excercised and transferred 600,000 shares, without affecting the share price (when average trading was less than 50,000 per day). Common sense would show that was a CROSS. Usually happens when an interested party wants to pick up a big position in a stock, without effecting the share price (or further dilution). Directors or those close to the company with large amounts of shares or options, then agree to "CROSS" their shares to the interested party. ACTUALLY A GREAT SIGN.
