I think its a combination of the usual summer lull and those that were replacing their existing shares with the full warrants (keep in mind they would have then needed to sell their existing shares, plus the shares in the financing, then they would be holding just warrants). That would be a great place to be for most.
We must have worked our way through almost all of them. Once we have, the real spec run up to efficacy should begin and be huge. Once the spec run starts (within the next 4-8 weeks).....we wont be looking back. i would expect it to continue all the way to years end.
Use this opportunity to pick up as many shares as you can....no matter what, you will be holding shares below the financing price (and well below the $0.40 warrant price). Its tough sitting here.....but in 6 months....you will only remember this price range as one of those "i should have picked up more" moments.
JDRF does not partner, nor fund trials that do not look promising. We know the drug is safe........not to mention, unlike most phase 1 trials (most are purely about safety), we got to see positvie efficacy results on the worst of the worst cases (the only ones to volunteer for a new needle in the eye).
Either way....im excited......the next 6 months is going to be exciting.
