If allain250 is working for a brokerage house, then his activities on this bullboard need to be investigated by IROC so they can suspend or revoke his license to sell securities. It appears that the timeliness of his bullish calls coincides with any upswings in trading so that he can capitalize by selling on strength, and then go short and turn bearish with negative posts designed to undermine confidence in the prospects for ICO. This type of boiler room operation is illegal in my opinion and this is a serious violation of securities law. So, allain250 could be forced to disgorge any trading profits and be suspended along with beng fined. ICO management should definitely lodge a complaint against him with the securities commission. Today's shorting activity was designed to hit all the stop loss orders while there was a concerted effort by certain posters to bash.
