I think you've nailed the bottom on the chart here, and the opportunity to buy back lower is rather unlikely although it could work if other shareholders decide to abandon ship, but the bounce off the low will have to be confirmed along with the stock trading back up above the 10 cent level. Capitulation often marks a low and smart money has been known to buy on such weakness, but it is only smart money if the buyer is right about factors which could turnaround the company and regain traction to the upside.
The catalyst or news event that we`ve all been waiting for is now overdue, and frankly I believe that we are right on the cusp of a major mutually beneficial JV deal to fund Oral B Amphotericin right through phase II and phase III human trials.
It is never a good idea to throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Patience is a virtue and will be rewarded. If someone bought at higher prices, then all this is just an opportunity to bring your average cost down and add to your position.
