If the product is really all that good why can't Ray find a JV partner ? He must have been trying for him to announce a PP after 2 plus months.

Ticks me off why he couldn't have raised cash when we were in the teens or even 10 cents. Now over 100 million shares and tons of warrants. Rewarding the 5 cent PP guys while the average Joe gets a kick in the asss.

The stock will go back to 3 cents over the next few months.
