The good news is if they land a fraction of the 140,000 military heath system employees or a fraction of the 1,000,000 ACO employees, revenue will climb dramatically.

Nice model. However to reach 56% for the year, you need approx 22% in final 3 months to fill 56%.
Your Jan to Sept totals are 33.96%. So need 22 or 7.34% in Oct, Nov and Dec
My quick math puts Q4 at an estimated $283,680 revenue projected. Or $926,600 for the year
A quick expense projection at $2.5 Million puts this at a loss of $1,573,400 or about 1.6 cents per share on rough number of 100,000,000 shares.
This all quick math.... maybe someone else can add a few points?
For reference, 2016 Fiscal Year audited financial statements (SEDAR) showed a loss of 9.0 cents per share on the Income Statement. So IMO, that is an excellent improvement year over year.
Good Luck All!
