Nasdaq Deal

Nasdaq DealSeveral news releases ago, the company said that they were entering into a deal with a company that was doing some sort of an IPO on the Nasdaq, or something to that effect. I am the most patient person in the world, and agree that they should not have any NR until the i's are dotted, and the t's crossed, however I a very curious as to what is going on. Its not unlike many companies to have no NR's at all. I have a lot at stake here, so I am as long as I have to be. Cheers
