Rant of little value, big exasperation
I see that B & A sold 66,700 shares March 6 at $1.01. I don't have access to any more recent insider activity. But sometimes the absence of information is just as informative: there is a conspicuous lack of insider BUYING, i.e. those closest to the company's affairs saw the stock at $2.25 and at the end of December about $1.50. Here we are 75-odd days later, and the implications are deafening: approaching half the price of two short months ago, insiders have no interest in buying. Some day this company will hit a bottom and the share price will improve; bear markets don't last forever. I like this story but I need a motivating factor to get me back in. Insiders are not sending a shareholder-friendly message. Meanwhile, the stock price accelerates to the downside. Que pasa, senores??
