I can assure you anyone that puts a reasonable buyout in front of shareholders will have the votes. 

Retail shareholders are not aligned to management. 



Kiss, don't forget that us small retail investors only account for roughly 25% of the outstanding 181 million shares. It would only make sense that the jokers running this thing would be in private consultation with the big boys. There is still a lot of value in the assets after deducting the ridiculous amount of debt.
