Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

As Expected, No Update From Mickey Mouse Management

It is now 8pm on Dec. 15, and still no news release from MBAC regarding the December 15th deadline to enter into definitive BINDING documentation, as per the Oct. 30 update on the strategic review. Here is a quote from that update: "The Company will provide further updates on its strategic review process as material developments occur." I would say that the Dec. 15 deadline is a very significant date, that all of us suckers have been patiently waiting on. Maybe one of these days Laurel and Hardy will get around to letting their investors know what the heck is going on.
