Today's bullish pattern implies that investors see opportunity for profit as the market has'nt shown its full potential.
As an old rolled--over shareholder and not an insider, I am not knocking the company or management, just trying to bring things into perspective and looking at the market probability calendar on what the market is telling me and its potentiality.
Final thoughts; management have to get their act together in providing shareholders with some news, develop the future plan, lay the foundation, take action and stay engaged in maintaining the WEBSITE updated, showing the big picture.
Always do your own DD before investing, as a matter of discloser, I own IFR and slowly averaging down my original cost position as I see a discount between the price of the share today and the potentiality value here in having a homerun with any sort of positive news.
