RE:Do slot route operators get bought up ...YIP. !

RE:Do slot route operators get bought up ...YIP. !Good find...the $20 million purchase price is US$ or $20,000 US per slot game....

PYD will have 2491 + 230 slots come year end so that is worth $54.42 million US....subtract $22.62 million US debt and add $2.45 million US cash => mkt cap should be $34.25 million US or $44.53 million CDN.....this means $1.29 Cdn per share

Wangotango67 wrote: Did some research - and decided to look for other slot operators - PYD's competitors - and guess what I came across - I found a news article stating Golenden Entertainent buying up a small slot route operator.  20,000 million and the small operator had only 1000 slots...

The slots are in truck stops etc...

Now, pyd's slots are in casinos - and PYD has over 2500 slots all long term contracts -

so if 1000 route slots in truck stops restaurants etc... = $20,000,000

what would 2500 prime placed long term slot contract be worth ?

If I were to use the news article on Golden of 1000 placed slots worth $20 ,000,000

then is PYD worth 2500 slots = $50,000,000 ?
how does one guage a value and worth - when slots are in casinos not truck stops and a worth based on long term contracts - is this worth more ?

Doesn't PYD state what their value and worth is on their corp presentation ?
does it say about  $50 ,000,000 - is that just assets or worth of company as a whole or ?

If worth 50 million - 25,000,000 debts ?
$25,000,000 divide 35 million shares out = .71.cents ?

But how many shares are owned by company ? What value should one use when slots are in casinos ? What value should one use when slots have long term contracts ?

Anyways... I don't really know how to value a company - but I did find it interesting to see another slot route provider get scooped up for $20,000,000 having only 1000 slots... And PYD has 2500

don't take my numbers and valuation formula as fact - it's quite rudimentary - and as so - im sure there are others that know how to value a company - based on formulas and taking into consideration of long term contracts and factoring in the multiplier to arrive at a more accurate value amongst PYD's competitors...

Please... Do your own valuation numbers..lol
