Reading below -

if prairie state gaming was considered one of top 5 route operators - and Penn National is acquiring them - based on assets and 250 locations - I kinda like PYD's model of having only 25 locations and still commanding a projected $10+ million EBITDA - put that in perspective when doing a comparable and if ever a larger gsming company was interested in a buyout - are not 25 locations easier to manage than 250 ? Uh huh.... lol

Article exerpts of interest :
Penn National Gaming is acquiring Prairie State Gaming, an Illinois slot machine route operator in an all cash transaction. No purchase price was announced in Friday’s statement. The deal will give Penn ownership of more than a thousand video gaming terminals in over 250 Illinois locations.

Prairie State Gaming was one of the top five route operators in the state with nearly $10 million in EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) generated by the machines in the fiscal year ending June 30th.
