POYDRAS - NOW OWNS INTEGRITY - right?
Poydras is Poydras - a business.
Integrity is Integrity - a business.
Integrity resently sold their business.
Poydras bought Integrity's business.
Poydras bought - only the business.
"Parable"
An unknown - chain restaurant - has 500 employees - amongst the 500 employees - there's one bad apple - should the restaurant & all other employees be labeled bad - or just the one ?
Should one judge a business based on outside issues - or just business issues?
Business is business - all matters outside of business - are outside of business.
