That is 8.5 million US


that is 2.5x cash on hand, this is rather an amazing buying opportunity or we will be informed sooner than later

Book Value was .55 until Q4 decimated it to .26

Thank you. Seems like a reasonable risk/reward to buy these levels. I'l dip my toe in and hope that they can remove Macy and re-structure. I think Canaccord will make that happen...they started this deal from what I recall and like have to try and slavage something for their shareholder clients.

"Book Value was .55 until Q4 decimated it to .26" I believe you are quoting Shareholder Equity and not Book Value. BV does not include intangibles whereas SE does.If you subtract the $9 million they have given themselves as intangibles you will find their real world BV is a negative number. Simply put, their liabilities exceed their tangible assets
