That's right! We promise we won't even give investors a chance to have shareholder value built - we don't do that! Why would we spend money looking for diamonds when we can just spend the money on ourselves!?? Hey shareholders, I need to borrow $320,000 for Ferrari!! I don't need your approval and I probably won't pay you back. Thank you!"
