Kelly Fielder - SEC problemManning Elliot resigned because the sole officer of Quantum MRI Inc. was
not honest about a debt transaction. That sole director was Kelly Fielder.
In the opinion of Manning Elliott, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company inappropriately signed, at least on one occasion, third party debt confirmation documents which were for the purpose of serving as audit evidence.
Isn't it curious that after the March 31, 2009 audit, a company under which Mr. Fielder has control loans a yet un-named director more than $320,000?
Click Here For Evidence as filed with the SEC. This is from July 2008, shortly before Mr. Fielder became a director with Iciena.
Is this the first time Kelly Fielder has messed with auditors? Nope!
Check out this May, 2005 "disagreement" with auditors.
With the unfortunate passing of Mr. Shatzko, the only two directors of Iciena are Kelly Fielder and Kent Couillard. While I pass no judgement on Kent Couillard, I wish to bring to the attention of this board and all shareholders that it is incredibly unsettling that given this record, the amount of money lent to directors is probably not the best deployment of investor capital and I believe it likely that Kelly Fielder is breaching his fidicuiary duty to shareholders.
Complain to the BCSC!!!
