"Management confirm that, based on advice from its auditors and due to
missing computer records and documentation, the Company has been unable to
complete the necessary audited financial statements in order to lift the
existing BCSC cease trade order.
Further, as the financials have not been completed, the Company has
been advised by the Canadian Venture Exchange that the Company would be
de-listed from the Exchange effective today."

Kelly Fielder is now the CFO of Iciena Ventures Inc. As president of Westrend, he could not get financials filed in order to meet comlpiance requirements.
In another instances, a company of which he is a director have had auditors resign due to misrepresentations and fudged audit evidence.
Good corporate governance for Iciena? I think not. There are only two directors. Kelly is one of them.
