All tech is wholly owned by Iberian / Mineworx except Enviroleach. The board was ??? Smart / Kind enough to give us a share dividend in Enviroleach and also retained a percentage ownership and useage of the product itself going forward. Unknowing individuals continue to misinterpret and misinform. Enviroleach was broken out to benefit the shareholder as Iberian did not have the capital to take it to where it needed to get to. Iberian has enough irons in the fire it is trying to capitalize on. To raise the money required to take Enviroleach to the next level would have further diluted Iberian / Mineworx.
