misread MIS : my bad Sorry Guys, It was late night/ early morning when I went through it.
On page 24 after stating that HM x-Tract was a subsidary of Iberian. The next line / paragragh states that the Corporation aquired the "Technology Rights" and has determined to transfer such rights to ETI pursuant to the Arrangement.
I , in my bleary eyed state scribbled a note to myself that it was transfering the x-tract tech as well as x-leach. After rereading it , it doesnt seem to be the case. So Iberian will retain Mineworx whch will encompass HM x-mill as well as HM x-Tract.
