I understand your point of view and it makes sense. The way that I see it is that IML is a mining company and not a chemical one. This new formula seems to have a lot of potential in the e-waste management. A complete new sector. New ways of making business, new expertise needed. It might also be a very speculative business, and you also want to de-risk IML from this.
Now we have IML with 2 big promising business, a property in Spain with a high-quality iron-ore,
"with iron-ore deposit that at surface level" https://www.laverdad.es/murcia/201701/14/ingeniero-viables-minas-hierro-20170114005327-v.html, and a gold potential disruptive business.
And some lottery tickets called evitro-leach :)
