I agree. Not much negative here to be concerned about. Market still seems to compare apples to oranges so it makes it a bit tough to get that upward momuntum .. with the weird 2014/15 season lumping sales into short time frames etc. Finnaly some color regarding the land sales. The market will welcome the $$ back in hand . 12mm of the 18mm converted to cash will be at least a .15 cent ps bump on a csah basis let anone removing rish and uncertanty related to their security program. With this finalized and proven, large q2 volume catch up is sales at higher prices, aggressive new capital deployment we should see this puppy shine the next few months. It appears with the 66mt contracted already we are at the minimum of what management expected already. This should also jump and net margin / earnings will pop ! It would be great to see the sp run but I suspect until the land sales are finalized it may not. Although, very positive to see mgt commit to adding the info into MD&A which speaks volumes as to their confidence in the sale progreesing.
