Regardless of speculation as to why a VC fund sell off a portion of their position the fact remains that mgt, VC, private equity and institutional investors hold 60% of the company stock. What we need now is market awarness and other big players to come in and support SP appreciation. Despite managements efforts to showcase the company and attract new blood their efforts have gone largley unnoticed. I have encourged BF to explore an IR firm who works on the sell side "big players" to get the word out and bring in new blood. The company, Liolios , has an amazing trach record of increasing shareholder value and liquidity theough their IR strategies. I'd encourage other forum members to voice their support foor mgt to explore a relationship with a IR firm such as this. Results will certantly help drive the SP eventually .. let's hope mgt does not take years to bring the value we all know exists. The dividend is certantly a nice bonus while we wait..
