RE:RE:Class action lawsuit actually old news but worth mentioningschocor, I share your sentiments. I’m shocked a guy who owned a 39,000 acre farm could display such poor business acumen. I believe Input Capital reduced the size of its contracts to best eliminate the chances of going down this road again with an irresponsible farmer.
I believe Input Capital realizes it must provide real, long-lasting value to survive and grow. That is why it has revised the size and structure of its capital streams and why it created the marketing and mortgage streams. I look forward to hearing more details on the newly created mortgage stream. I suspect the mortgage stream is more a hybrid of the marketing stream versus a hybrid of the capital stream.
At the end of the day I believe this lawsuit is a much to do about nothing. And this lawsuit has been known about for some time and the drop in the stock price in part is due to it.
